Ultimately, he is responsible for the actions of his appointees and agencies...you are correct....but I don't thnk he had a direct hand in either fiasco....at least no evidence of that yet...

It isn't getting any media interest, but the company making "BuckyBalls" toys is essentially being shut down by the Obama administration, a $50 Million company making a safe product that is being shut down by CPSC.

Meanwhile, the most dangerous toy in existence, BALLOONS, continue to sell without incident.
