Hi watcher, I am from the QUST thread. I have been buying the preferred since September. I too liked that CEO was buying the preferred. Called the company at the time to see if there were some funny conversion terms that I was missing. Terms are a straight forward manditory conversion in March 1999 into 1.4375 shares of common. Currently QUSTP is 'On Sale' 40% off true value! Why ... most people don't know about it and jump on the common first. This same situation happened a month or so ago. (Great buying opportunity) This discount should close to about 15% in the next week or so, and I do not expect the common to pull back to make this happen. (IMHO QUSTP could run to $12 area) Happy to have all you 56's taking an interest in our little jewel!
