At 18.67 and higher it won't be yielding 3.00%. I guess if it rises, that'll be OK with you.

Keep in mind increasing the dividend also means that they can't find a better use of their money and that may mean a lot of their high growth years are essentially behind them and that mid to low single digit growth may be the norm going forward.
