Good News for OXHP longs in Standard & Poors' November 26
issue of The Outlook, pp. 8-9.:

titled "Good Fundamentals with Speculative Kickers:
Attractive Takeover Candidates"

"Our analysts consider the 30 companies ... on the next page
as prime acquisition targets. Even if they're not taken over,
they should do well over the long term."

OXHP is listed there with 4 Stars, Quality Rank B, E1997 earnings
of $0.13, E1998 earnings of $1.70, and the comment "Recent plunge
in stock of HMO makes the company a logical takeover candidate.
OXHP is attractive as the leading HMO in New York."

>On a slow abbreviated session 800k shares traded up to 24 1/8, which >points to a nice buying day.

This could very well have been due to early birds getting
this week's S&P The Outlook. With any luck, the buying will
push through 26 and trigger some STOP BUYs for potential longs,
and short covering. Maybe then we'll start hearing about some
big fund managers turning bullish.

Has anyone checked SEC filings to see if anyone has registered
new purchases of OXHP? Also, please forgive me if it was
posted, but what were the latest short interest figures?

Regards, David
