Rob, I would think Samsung's announcement to curtail 1/3 of their investment plans would be good news for everyone but the semi equipment stocks. At this point, it'd be nice if capacity is frozen. As the demand grows for DRAM, disk drives, etc., we can have another cycle of demand > supply which should help the bottom lines of all companies concerned.

I could see some more down days, particularly if Korea acts up. But eventually, the price does have to move towards fundamentals.

Haven't we seen enough of these to be down to the last 5 percent already? One more and there will be nothing left.
