Martin or anyone else...

Could you explain to me the basic share conversion process after the merger? I am having trouble understanding it. For instance, I own 500 shares of MRV...how will this change when the merger is finalized???

Thanks for the help,
Tony

I am a little confused...
The head line I read was
"Toy Biz and Marvel Entertainment Group Lenders File Joint Plan To Combine Toy Biz and Marvel"

Note it is the Lenders not the company... I read someplace else, sorry can't find it, that Marvel would be forming a new company called newmarvelco. Anyone know anything about this? I will try to find out more.

IMHO if this co. wants to turn around they should start a new unit
focused on internet/video games/interactive gaming.

Comic Books just kill trees....what a waste of paper!
(this is coming from an ex collector:::anyone remember Groo the Wanderer?)

Why not put it all online?????????
