To be honest I don't know what this company needs. martin Friday December 12, 11:49 am Eastern Time Judge orders appointment of trustee for Marvel WILMINGTON, Del., Dec 12 (Reuters) - A federal judge Friday ordered the U.S. Trustee Office to appoint a trustee who will replace the board of Marvel Entertainment Group Inc (NYSE:MRV - news) in overeseeing its bankrupcy case. The decision, by Judge Roderick McKelvie of the U.S District Court in Delaware, was made despite the objection by attorneys representing investor Carl Icahn, chairman of Marvel.
