Anything WS is doing, the small investor needs to stay away.

Just a hunch if this financial repression thing goes on a number of years these bastards are going to control much of the single family home market in the most depressed sunbelt markets and spin it off to newly created SFREIT's later on this decade with cap rates at 5% meaning they will probably cash out for triple the entry prices during this down phase that has at most 3 more years to go.. Small investor should be buying the real hard asset like crazy now before it is too late.. Stocks yet again are for suckers especially the next new can't miss scheme being pumped by the mafia..

You may well be right. The only sunbelt city that seems to be recovering quickly is Phoenix. LV is still in the toilet and FL is somewhere in between.
