Rand, <<any recovery process is that it often does not scale up linearly>> Please explain. <<I've called up Maxam and asked >> Runyon is very confident in the extraction process and has said so in writing 06/18/97: "confident, beyond any and all doubts". Announcement 06/21/97 also addresses cost and the extraction system. While entertaining Ron Struthers concerns on extraction before, I now reject his concern. His judgement and advise on DELGF, IPM, and others has me doubting all of his advise. I believe the company.

Rand, << no normative standards by which to judge the economics of a DD recovery process, unlike the hard rock mining sector.>> What doubt in Au extraction is there when you can screen to 0.2+ placer gold ? The company is taking the desert dirt mining to new limits with extraction of other elements, that's what's new. The combined low cost extraction for all goodies returned will be in class by itself. That's the differentiation in what Maxam is doing over all other mining.
