Alper, The software I use is Telechart 2000, from Worden Brothers for use with the daily data I buy from them. It has the basic TA tools, and a few advanced ones. Personally, I use only the most basic ones, that are closest to the data, and where I can understand the effects of volume and price on the indicators. TA can help identify buy and sell targets. If there is plenty of volume, then the odds of TA being useful go up. It is not a magic bullet. And of course fundamentals rule. Unfortunately, I can't get funamental analysis on a timely basis. On occasion TA will reveal some fundamental change in the price/volume activity before I get buried. But mostly I use it for buy and sell target id. My motivation in sharing my TA, is to get back ideas, both technical and fundamental. Hopefully my investing and trading will improve. Good luck! Herbert
