Additionally, those who choose to serve as lead plaintiffs, I hope you get some satisfaction out of your day in court...BUT it will be almost entirely emotional gratification. I just received my settlement check in the Bristol Myers class action litigation. My recovery - 81 cents/share three years or so later. BMY has considerably deeper pockets, and the litigation climate IMO is less favorable presently. IF the actions are succesful, I believe shareholders will recover substantially less than the 81/cents a share I received...and the lawyers will be the big winners.
