Here is your statement in question (post 146):

"The DIP in and over itself a super-duper-uber-maximum priority loan. It gets paid off one way or the other (such as exchanging it for a new revolver) before anyone else, and I do mean anyone else, gets a dime."

This statement is crystal clear. It is not subject to misinterpretation.
The statement is not mangled. It is grammatically correct.
With emphasis added, the statement is not one that is likely to be misunderstood.

What might best be said is that it is WRONG and its author, stubbornly argues in its defense, rather than admit it is wrong.
It's not as if he's going to be hung for it. But, it sure would have saved a lot of unnecessary posting.

I'm done with the issue.
