Good philosophical discussion, but in any case I think we should try and keep this board on track with efforts to establish an EC. The group has made remarkable and rapid progress on that front, but has alot yet to do. Let the company worry about how they will pay the EC lawyers once we get one established. Without an EC, we will likely see the company submit a plan that calls for giving shareholders 1/1000 of a share of new stock for every share of old stock or something else valued at or near zero.
