Well, it is a bit more than philosophical, it is about how the company can get run in bk and what resources it has. The cost of the EC will not be large enough to make much of a dent in the overall situation, but to try and suck a lawyer in by saying that there is a 600 MM honey pot here is just plain incorrect. I will post stuff that has to do with the interactions of the company and the bk law. You guys are correct on concentrating on getting an EC set up. I will try and help that effort where and how I can.

??? i have no problem with such an objective, but when i go back to the original post i see nothing suggesting that is the purpose of this board. i thought the point was to have broad discussions about what the situation is here and how we might turn a buck or two.
