I'm long the bonds as well as some ATPGP. I don't buy that the low bond price is proof that the assets are worth much less than the debt or an EC is not worthwhile. Bonds prices could trade alot higher (hopefully they will) once Clipper comes online and removes all the uncertainty about that asset.

ATP bonds may also be suffering from the poor manner in which unsecured bonds were treated in recent cases like Great Atlantic and Borders. In the case of ATP you have high oil prices and major new production coming online in bankruptcy. The market is often right, but not always right.

Does anyone know if the company had any storm damage?
