"concierge" story - the "experts" who we're helping your doc set up the system. I can see where people with conditions that require a lot of attention would benefit from the concierge system. Fortunately, I'm not someone who needs a lot of attention from a doctor (knocking on wood). They limited the membership to 200 people. There were 3 experts at the meeting who spent 40 minutes repeating themselves. As you said, there wasn't a lot to explain. There were 4 meetings stretched out over 2 days. I kept thinking about the expense of flying those people to California from New York and putting them up in a hotel for 3 days. It may be a good thing for some people, but I kept thinking "scam" of the people from New York. Since there's been so many follow-up phone calls urging me to join, I don't think they got enough people to join.
