Hi watcher. Just wanted to point out that there are close to 3 million shares of the QUST common at this time.

Watcher - I also believe the price of the preferred will move up. It has to. There is a real anomaly between the prices of the common and the preferred right now. The preferred is simply worth more than the difference between them in price. One of the posts over there indicated that investors weren't aware of the preferred. I think that'll change.

Your thorough and the useful links help answer a lot of the questions that have been asked about the differences between the common and preferred. The preferred is a bargain right now, isn't it? And I believe, in addition to the conversion, it also offers a dividend.

A friend and I were discussing this last night. He's very sharp and spotted right away that the preferred is too cheap and presents a possible shorting situation as a cover while their prices remain so close.

But I'll defer to Doug's analysis, as always, on what the indicatiors show for this one.

I hope your notebook is back in good shape soon! I can't imagine you using a computer without a usable modem slot. Like me in the hosp. without CNN - but I did have CNBC (actually it was hog heaven in some ways)!

Thanks for your post,
Louis
