You can enter a message number (thread oriented) there, and you'll jump right to it after a newline. I'm confused as to its practical use, though.

This could very well be due to a food fight that "your's truly" had over on the ASSend thread.

I was being referred to posts and was only being given the post number rather than the entire URL to click on.
I found this rude and said so.
When refering someone to one of MY posts I always include the URL. I think it's pretentious to not supply one. I think it basically says to someone, "I said something profound in Post#xxxx, YOU go look it up because I'm too lazy to find it and link it myself."

Anyway if this works the way I understand it to (haven't tried yet), that should eliminate that problem, no?
