rosemary, any idea on why cpq's gross margins increased so much when we know that they sold a ton of sub 800 and sub100 pc's and dell's margin didn't increase all that much when they had such good server sales???? dell has great margins but I think a few people were caught short on them not even getting to 23%. I thought they would...even jimbo thought they would be allot higher. I wonder if laptops were the reason. cpq caught and went ahead of no 1 toshiba... then the tandem may be working.
