Really doens't matter how much pfd or common is below the notes. They are all fuckees, if you ask me. Large or small. After all, there IS more than a $BILLION ahead of them.

I think it was triggered by the bk filing. I don't think manglement had all that much control. As a matter of fact, lack of control by manglement has been ATPG's biggest downfall. Loose cannons the batch of them.
