Good Morning Duane: The URL is the press release of the hiring of Dr. Jim Pooladdje and the announcement of Gregory Van Wald joing the Board of Directors of APAT. A little light reading before heading to Number One T-Box.

South Dakota is, perhaps, one of the more pro-business states in the union. However, money is not thrown to everyone that comes a calling. As I stated in a previous post, a great deal of Due Dilligence was completed before any committments were made on the part of Aberdeen and the State of South Dakota. Do not believe that military contracts in that area were a reason for building the facility, rather a very lucrative financial package.

Have a Good One.

Jim

PS Project CMR? Can you tell me where you found this? I am not familiar with this project and would like to see what I could find out.

Duane: Several posts back you were wondering about the float and I was not sure. From the Nov 13, 1997 10-QSB I came across the following:

From the Aug 1997 shareholder meeting, stock compensation plan:

approval------------5,283,567
opposed------------- 94,310
abstained----------- 46,450
broker non-votes----2,042,179----Could this be the float?

Still can't find CMR???????

Jim
