shades,

No time to banter today.....but you are one weird dude!

The number of times you mention scare or scared in your many, long posts and your concern for PURITY makes me wonder if you lived in a bubble away from the big bad life.

Have a good day,

TC

Wayda go Shades!

I could never get a clear picture in my head why the Mayor of Ten Sleep would not endorse and or praise the company as requested awhile back. Let me see now. The contract to give away 50000 gals of water and then charge only 0.02 per gallon thereafter per month is what, three years old? And a strong interest by BIG TIME corporations has emerged since then. Makes you wonder if Ten Sleep is having second thoughts about the deal they cut. Maybe it would be in their best interests to say bye bye to RMIL. Think they may be being courted by others? I hope we've have a hole-proof agreement. Maybe RMIL could sub the production to Coke.

About that $3 million........

Undoubtedly, your magnificent DD prowess has probably led you to the 8-K for those answers. I see the total entity, OVIS+RMIL lists assets of 16,010,431. $14 million is the MVPH certificate.

That means that a little over $2 million is what's left. OVIS listed their assets at $1,350,000 at the end of March. That leaves about $650,000 left for RMCW.

See the $3 million there?

Just a question resulting from my "pathetic" DD.

No Ellen, I don't know what your question is. Thanks again for posting that converstaion with Puhr, that's the one I found in my search but apparently the link didn't work from the search mode. Do you know if the $3,000,000 loan has been repaid or is that a liability to be assumed in the merger.
