There is no apparent exclusivity to RMCW license there. In fact, the license was originally conditioned on having a new plant up already.

I do believe the town of Ten Sleep, even though they refuse to acknowledge RMCW is in the bottled water business, will do what they have to in order to create new jobs.

The Casper article stated the town advertised, and only RMCW applied initially. I haven't received any answer about what kept others away.

A lot has been made of Morgan's statement that the plant at Ten Sleep is inactive. I don't think a whole lot of time and labor would be required to build up a healthy inventory, ship as much as the vendors could handle and warehouse the rest. This product has can sit indefinately once it's bottled and sealed.
Anyone have the CURRENT unemployment stats for Ten Sleep?
