Unlikely that ACCC will drop...because they'll have to pay TELEPORT something like $40 million to cancel deal and also TEL-SAVE has announced Friday that they are still interested in ACCC..the buyout price is $50 sh... I think it would be great if the USWIC buyout reaches $3.00 but that's just icing on the cake ..at $2.50 it's 30% which isn't a double or nothing but still a nice gain ..and about as good as you'll get on merger,arb,if you hadn't owned the stock before the news..
