men have a way of distorting what God and Jesus said and how they want us to act. Designing their own God or creating God in man's image. did our government respond appropriately to the Muslim fanatics' attacks on our embassies? I'd say they did not. They didn't even acknowledge that these were acts of war. Literally, an invasion of US sovereign territory and murder of American citizens. There must be consequences. My preferred consequence would be for us to pull out of Libya and remove all aid and funding. The Libyan president says the attack came from foreign extremists and they warned us in advance. Maybe we should halt all federal funding in Colorado because that government (including its university psychologist) didn't protect moviegoers from the Joker, a Californian. It's a culture clash, a fundamental inability to understand each others' values. We'll send soldiers halfway around the world to kill and die for "freedom" or "democracy", when arguably we don't practice those fully ourselves. The Egyptian president and ChinuSFO want us to pass a law against free speech because it leads to "blasphemy" and we want them to give up jihad because it leads to "senseless violence" (as opposed to the sensible kind). Everyone needs to chill.
