Looked at the charts today, and it seems the bears are winning the battle on CUBE. OBV is down, MA's are dropping. The only positive is that it is oversold (but it could stay oversold for several weeks). I'm starting to think we could see new lows now.

Using the old GUT strategy (Buy more when you become assured that the stock is going to nothing, and your gut starts to hurt), this is probably going to be the time to buy.

At this moment I disagree. A buy and hold strategy will probably work better that a short term trading strategy.

IMHO Cube is a 25 stock with an occillation up to 33 or down to 17. At 19 per share it is a great buy. It could be 30 by the earnings report in January. Downside is 17.

Also if you look at Cube's price in relationship to when they report earnings, and if history repeats itself, their chart should bottom out between December 1 and December 10, which is exactly what it is doing. The next top should be just before or at the earnings announcement.

Since this quarter is traditionally a good one for Cube I think it is a great play.

As far as the leaps Jan 99 25 strike price for 3 looks pretty good to me. Between now and then Cube could easily hit 30-35 maybe higher if we get some good suprise.
