Does anyone know if Cube has any kind of poison pill defense against takeovers? This is relevent as the long term way out of the money leaps are very cheap. I feel in two years this stock could be in the 50's or more. But if they get bought out, which if I was a big company and wanted to get into the encoder business, I would consider, they could probably get Cube for about 30 dollars a share. If you have 35 or 40 leaps, KYAG( Kiss Your A.. Goodbye.)
