First of all I should point out that the 5% premium is for buying BORL versus VSGN and as such is based on the ask at the close on Friday but your angle is an interesting one. Most interesting is the magical Convert 10,000 VSGN to 8198 BORL. Where do we go to get that done, say, on Monday? The conversion rates that I posted are correct and you can use them to come up with hypothetical trades based on a mixture of bid/ask conversions, but it's not clear what that achieves.
