Bill - in theory they had to respect property and were liable for damages, however the low end perps usually do not have the wherewithal to retain a lawyer and fight it ... When they search a reputable(?) citizen they take more care and do little damage, possibly as they know they can buy trouble. Perhaps I'm misreading you, but you appear to be saying that people without money (low end perps) are justifiably persecuted because they are guilty, but people with money (reputable citizens) can buy their way out of trouble? You think this is good? -justinb
