That's today. Eliminate the tablets, then then subtract your questimated Android unit volume for Samsung and HTC from the remainder and divide that by the OEMs including Motorola Mobility that are in your words "killing each other for the scraps." << you just told us that there will be a lot more than just 4 on WP >> We already know of 5 certainties, and we know there will be more, but realistically Microsoft needs to support and control very few more licensees than that to slowly but very steadily grow WinPhone unit volume and share and establish a 3rd viable ecosystem over the next one, two, and 3 years.
