>> HTC is asking for a Nokia lawsuit. The HTC WP8 phones look way too similar to the Lumias... right down to the colors.... and they have the blessing of POS Balmer himself... sheesh....

Syl you are just sounding plain crazy. Only Apple does that touchy-feely-looky lawsuit bullsh*t. Nobody else in the industry gives two craps if their competitors take design cues from eachother.

Nokia’s Wireless Charging Stand is NFC enabled!

Syl, I've some bad news. You will continue to lose sleep over Nokia not making Android phones for the indefinite future. Don't worry, HTC and Samsung will copy this next year, and Nokia won't sue. But they will sue Apple, because what goes around, deservedly, comes around.

"HTC is asking for a Nokia lawsuit"

If you have been paying attention then you know HTC is already a defendant in Nokia complaints and lawsuits in both the US and Germany, despite the fact that they have been a royalty paying Nokia licensee for essential wireless since 2003.

It is unlikely that Nokia will add design patents to the suit, but I suppose it is a possibility.

On a separate note:

<< I asked Eric this question and I got crickets... >>

With all due respect (or lack of same) you deserve crickets. There is only so much time in the day to respond to blather. The answer to your question (i.e. "why don't you") now has been answered in the previous sentence. Time permitting I may respond further but time may not permit.
