That's so tempting. Unfortunately, the USA does not make it easy for people to buy and move in. They think people should become actual Americans or something. Of course I wouldn't be a cost to the state, but would in fact pay taxes, and wouldn't even block the road at rush hour. The extra cash flow would help the USA not to mention the people trying to sell the house. I see from Google satellite view that it even has its own crocodile fishing lake at the back, so crocodiles could be caught out the back door. Mqurice
