Alwaki consistently preached killing of Americans and even the violent overthrow of the US Govt. Besides, some of those good things enshrined in the US Constitution need to be amended to keep up with the needs of modern times. Such as dealing with world terrorism. These terrorists move very fast and the pace of administering justice is woefully slow. A terrorist id not merely a criminal. It is beyond criminal. Ask the Israelis that. And they the most democratic country, even in their armed forces. But when it come to terrorism, they know what it means and how their ;leaders should be empowered to protect them.
