Most likely, the FOOLS were restrained by time in answering questions of valuation. However, if interested in their method, The Motley Fool web site explains how they value their stock picks using the PEG method. I don't believe they are clueless.

Pete, I agree about the FOOL's simplistic advice for picking stocks. They also failed to consider the current valuation of Coca Cola and implied that it was a good stock to buy at present levels.

Bob has admonished callers time and again that KO is overvalued and it's price has been rising lately making this a poor time to buy.
