Oh, wow!!! I am so excited about looking around on the web, doing research and just cyber-reading and being amazed that all this information is suddenly available to me, a married woman with a child, house and garden all crying out for my attention, who should be doing something constructive or at least paying the bills or keeping everyone company while they watch tv. Anyway, I have been looking around the S.F. Chronicle web page, and found one of my favorite columns of all times. I love fully domesticated women who write in a way that makes me laugh, and I enjoyed this one so much I'm sure someone here will like it also:

<<Whoa, MSB!!! If you think the discussion about religion at Feelings was full of controversy, I'm not sure you would want to bring up population control instead.>> I don't remember mentioning the word-CONTROL. I do remember making an off-hand comment about it which, like so many other off-hand comments, seem to get picked up and run with. A five or six line statement hardly constitutes a call for a full blown discussion. This does however lead me to ask, "Does the ever increasing population add to the earth's total weight? I don't think so btw, but S.J. says it does. Who knows the answer?

Cherly Crow: Yes, thanks to JP, not only did I find out who does the song "Home", but now I have a GREAT site to visit when I'm curious about other artists like Jewel. I'm just curious, does it seem to you like there are more female artists doing rock n roll all of a sudden or is it just my imagination. It seems to me that there is almost a new breed of sorts becoming more in the spot light over the last two years, and all of them seem to have a very pleasing talent. Another name which might be worth mentioning is Sean Colvitz(sp?). I like the song she does about, "Sonny came home with a box of tools. . . .

Being always on the lookout for ulterior motive, I tried to get JP back to Feelings, but unfortunately I couldn't get any support from the REST of the cast. I also got the feeling I may have said something which didn't go over to well. I hope not, I think JP is okay. Just wish JP would stop by a little more often.

I see I have one unread. I'll save it til morning. That way if it is a negative, I can brood about it at work. I need something to break up the monotony. (laugh)

Talk at ya this weekend.
