Kerry,

I spent a little time researching insider buying over the weekend, and it does not appear uncommon for insiders to buy soon after negative news, such as an earnings warning, downgrade, or something like that. Although I would certainly like to see official confirmation, I'm starting to think it is more likely than not. Based on my limited research into other companies, it seems that the insiders buy VERY SHORTLY (within a week, and often immediately) following major events, especially if there are multiple insiders doing the buying. (I'm not quite sure why that is, though.)

Do you have any expertise in this area, such as what the reporting requirements are?

Craig
