I comment as follows:

Engineers, doctors and ship captains as professionals are subject to severe criminal charges if they are found to be negligent, and then also suffer under civil litigation. Why are so called financial professionals not also subject to state and federal statutes for professional financial behavior? Corzine apparently didn't commit any crimes under the letter of the law, but under the spirit of the law, at best he was negligent.
