Rather see the treasury get the money. I thought you were for raising taxes on the rich? You'd rather see bigger government than bigger charities? You stun me Jim. I would rather see them tax the crap out of the $'s Romney and Co send to the Caymans and other places. I would go for a 90% tax on that stuff that is doing no one any good. And the mansions and yachts. Private planes. Raise the cap gains and dividend taxes to 30% so us working guys are not subsidizing the idle rich. Go after the charitable foundations Jim?
