I was just saying, if you are going to tax the rich, tax the rich. Hard to do that when they can hide money in foundations trusts etc. If you are going to balance the budget, gonna need more money coming in and lot less going out. 90%? That's a joke. Too many ways around it. Just get rid of the loopholes, simplify the code and set reasonable tax rates where those "rich" guys can't hide it or don't need to go to the Cayman Islands. So it's a win-win except for the tax lawyers and accountants.
