He was a fund raiser and bundler for Obama....a mighty good one at that. So he's guilty of good fund raising? He openly admitted in an email and to Congress that he knew of the transfer of funds from segregated accounts to cover speculative investments in European bonds. This admission alone violates several SEC rules and under SOX compliance, he should have been held criminally liable. Then why hasn't the NY AG prosecuted? We've all made accusations against the GOP that are far more speculative I don't make accusations on speculation. And I don't state what I don't know as fact.
