Oh I don't know....though I've never had a lifetime court order telling me what to do that would normally be against the 1st amendment in my country, I'd be hard pressed to claim a victory if I got court ordered for an entire lifetime ban from even casually mentioning to anybody, even privately, a certain topic.

Let's say for example a court told me for the rest of my life I can never again mention Apple Computers and Tim Cook, not even in emails to my friends and family telling them how great I think Apple is. Forever, I've been court ordered to never mention anything, even positive, about Apple again.

I'm not sure I would declare that a victory. But that's just me. lol lol lol lol lol

Bordynuik sued some people for defamation, and the result was that the judge did not rule that anyone had committed defamation. Case closed.

In other words, Bordynuik did not *win* a defamation lawsuit.

What does it mean when someone doesn't *win* a lawsuit. That's right, it means that the opposite of *win* occurred.

What is the opposite of *win*?

BORDYNUIK LOST HIS DEFAMATION LAWSUIT!

What a pathetic, sad little cross-eyed newt!
