Any thoughts on why the Congress has the poorest ratings under Obama? Is Obama responsible for that?

This is a good one to. The facts on the ground are the the poor and middle class are far worse under Obama, in direct contrast to his continual promises. His trickle down economics is not working.

We just went thru a humongous recession after a very tepid economic expansion under GW. Of course, poor and middle class stats are going to look terrible. Tell me something I didn't know.
