Look on tsx for micro's. imo bigs are good because dividend. You are interested in leverage and percentage gain ( I am assuming). This oil bizniss no secret and much of the entry level appreciation has happened. If you have large amount of capital you can buy mineral rights and lease them out. Or if you have severely limited funds an option spread is probably the way to go (in funds or heavily exposed companies like CHK). You need to spread it for downside risk related to sudden change in oil price.
As far as price goes ask chief. As far as I can tell he is only one able to semi accurately predict the future. And you can trade futures with that info with lots of LEVERAGE
