Koan, I personally am not a full believer in Ayn Rand, since there are some things in life that defy rational thinking but are still worth upholding, such as faith and willful self-sacrifice. But I don't see any value in misrepresenting what she said and what she believed in. Nor do I see any use in declaring the "logical" and "scientific" high ground without providing any rational arguments in support. Obviously you do, and people like Ayn Rand can explain why.
