I disagree In Comradefornia, it's regulations that are to blame with all their blends and mixes that accomplish zero. They still have incredible smog. So they pay up and get nothing for it. No surprises there. At least in the SF Bay Area... was born here and I remember the 1960s how dirty the air was. I LOOKS much cleaner now with maybe 10x the people. I'd much prefer we limit growth to ZERO but the politicians need more people to get more taxes to spend... so they keep cramming us in and lowering the quality of life and the ONLY benefit we get is we're told to conserve so they can cram even more in... it sucks. You ever notice the politicians don't talk about ZPG as a way to help "climate change?"
