Fang Li, I think Ancor will have to announce SOME kind of investment deal, but I'm not sure what form it will take. I certainly hope it isn't another Reg-S or Reg-D. I am somewhat surprised at the weak price action with ANCR, especially given the size of the Brocade investment, and the revenue projections going forward. Even conceding the Fibre Channel market leadership to Brocade, I don't think there would be too much argument about Ancor being in 2nd place. That position should generate some significant business too. I guess a lot of investors understandably want proof that Ancor can execute on their business plan, and that is something that just hasn't happened to date. Craig
