Craig,

Per our discussions this weekend, Ancor mindshare is rapidly evaporating. It will be even worse when there is another flurry of news releases on the litigation. Spin control about these issues will be important and I hope they handle it well. Let's also hope they have an ace in the hole with regard to investor confidence. It would not surprise me at all for the share price to get even lower, especially if there is no response in these areas.

George D.

Craig: Unfortunately I'm not surprised by the weakness in ANCR right now. Wall Street abhor's a vaccum(to parapharase an old science term), and in light of zero counter marketing smoke from ANCR, Brocade wins the round. I expect further deterioraton from here for ANCR due to the following: 1) the long memory the Street has for past mgmnt f....k up's, ie. a show me the money attitude regardless of how great the equipment may be given the disasterous past, and 2) Brocade's currently superior marketing tactics.

If there's any swiftness within the new ANCR ranks they've got to realize it's important to counter, and counter fast while this current round of news has raised market awareness. It'll be interesting to see if ANCR's fast on it's feet. If they are, I'll feel warmer and fuzzier than I do right now; if they're slow......then I may wait until this thing breaks $2 before I jump in......

Regards!

John~
