No we didn't. That is some of the regulations that were not enforced..

The overwhelming amount of the bad loans were written by companies that were not covered by things like the CRA. The ones that were covered, wrote only a small minority of the bad loans.

Those are the facts. The vast majority of those bad loans were written under Smirk's administration, not earlier. As would have been the case if what you are trying to claim is true. Because of lax enforcement of existing regulations those bad loans weren't caught in any audits. So the problems mushroomed.
