(OTC Pink Sheets Symbol: AMNF) announced today that its board of directors has declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.012 per share and a special dividend of an additional $0.012 per share payable to shareholders of record October 4, 2012. The dividends will be disbursed on or about October 26, 2012.
