Really good business acumen like IPMCF I expect,

LS Capital said it has agreed to invest $1.4 million in equity of
the new unit by May 1.

Of the $1.4 million, LS Capital said, about $900,000 will be used to
erect a placer mining plant, with the rest going toward related
equipment needed to mine and working capital for the operations.

Casinoman ain't a dummy but whoever invests in CHIP certainly is.
